Upload your image via the image uploader on the product page. If you have any trouble, email your photo to photos@yoursgiftfully.com
We use professional design tools, so we can accept any common image format. If the image is not big enough, we will digitally enhance it for you free of charge.
Your privacy is important to us. We securely delete all provided images 7 days after order completion. After this period, we will be unable to retrieve any images sent to us.
Yes, of course. Many customers order from us and have their gifts sent directly to the recipient. If you'd like to include a message, let us know, and we'll add a cute gift card to your order.
Once we have your image, we'll produce your item within 1-2 working days

If your item hasn't arrived, please contact us. we can check the tracking information to see where your gift is in the mail system.
In the specifications you can find the metal type on each products. all chains are stainless steel, and safe to wear for most people.
Our items are made with real photographs under glass, they are splash resistant but not waterproof. please keep away from water and perfume / body sprays.
Unfortunately due to the personalisation we cant take the products back, but if you have an issue with the item we can always solve this.
