We know getting your gift to you is very important and we track couriers performance across all gifts sent out around the world. It is very frustrating when something arrives late and sometimes courier services are affected by things like COVID, Customs inspections, seasonal back logs etc.

Customs and Import Taxes

When any import taxes are required by law, the buyer is required to settle import taxes with your local regulations. Yours Giftfully will complete all required documentation required when your gift is posted

Sometimes postal items will be stopped by your countries customs teams and your item held for inspection. Whilst this is frustrating and unfortunate, it is required by law. Yours Giftfully is unable to do anything that would release your gift earlier once its in customs. We do of course ensure all documentation is correct

Postage Upgrades

Yours Giftfully has postal upgrade options available during the checkout process for those last minute gifts. The additional options may have additional cost - this is calculated and presented before you checkout so there will never be additional surprises. If you have bought an item and would like postage upgraded, please let is know as soon as possible.

For example - upgrades available in the UK are:

  • Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class (UK Only)
  • Royal Mail next day delivery (UK Only)

Can my gift be tracked?

If you selected tracking as an upgrade, you will be able to track your delivery. If you did not purchase the upgrade, Royal Mail will not be able to track your delivery. We can provide proof of postage and delivery confirmation for every order.

All international orders will be provided with tracking.

When will my order arrive?

All postage times are estimated by Royal Mail. Your estimated delivery will depend on selected postage:

  • UK 1st class : 1-2 Days
  • UK Special delivery : Next Day
  • International : 10-14 Days
